From a saved draft to payment, delivery or review.
Draft and checkout
A draft reserves your selection, not supplier inventory. A test checkout is not a real purchase. When live checkout is available, review the product, region and final total. Returning from Stripe alone is not proof of payment: Play waits for payment confirmation.
Processing and delivery
After confirmed payment, Play attempts delivery for eligible products. A processing status means delivery is not complete. Once delivered, open the order and reveal the product details privately. For a paid gift, redeemable details are available to its designated recipient.
Review and failed delivery
If delivery cannot be confirmed, do not place a duplicate order. Open a support case from the existing order. An uncertain supplier response may need review. Eligible definite failures can enter a refund flow; a requested refund is not the same as a completed refund.
