Night Twelve saves, performance and recovery
Keep campaign progress safe and resolve common interruptions.
What is saved
Local autosave keeps your chain, inventory, staff levels and experience, regulars, customer journeys, specialties, invitations and commissions. A signed-in account syncs when connected. The local design preview saves only on that device. Use Save & exit when leaving. Do not clear site data before checking that you have a synchronized save.
If another session is active
A second session may pause the older one to avoid overwriting progress. Reload the latest save before continuing. A cloud conflict means another revision is newer; do not keep submitting the older version. If local recovery is offered, inspect the notice before starting a new campaign.
If the shop runs slowly or will not load
Use a browser with WebGL 2 and hardware acceleration. Try Balanced graphics from Settings; pause first if you want the business clock to stop while changing settings. Close extra 3D tabs and retry the scene if loading fails. Include your browser, device, game version, the visible error and a screenshot when contacting support. Never include passwords or payment keys.
