Redeem privately
After delivery, reveal the voucher in your order and follow the provider’s redemption instructions. Keep the full code private. Check device compatibility and carrier unlock before selecting an eSIM plan.
If redemption fails
Retain the exact error and check the voucher currency and region. Contact support from the order; do not publish the code in the community. For installation or network issues after redemption, include the provider’s error and destination.
